I was most fortunate to have met several very nice tuk tuk drivers, some of whom I regret not having taken down the contact number.

You will also find the contact numbers of some of them. If you do need their services, do drop me a note or email / sms / call them directly. Do note that their command of English may be as good as a two-year-old's so speak simply and slowly.
SMS-ing or emailing is another alternative...expect a few days before they will reply. Remember, they do not earn as much as you do and an SMS abroad may mean a meal gone from their meager salaries.
